Create a routine

A warm bath can be a good way of encouraging a baby to fall asleep. Since the warm water increases blood circulation within the body, the bath may help flush out toxins and waste products, which can be a potential source of uneasiness. This will lessen tendencies of waking up in the middle of the night due to bloating or other signs of distress.

Cuddle safely

Babies feel safe and secure when hugged tightly and close to its mother's body. When babies feel comforted and loved they have less anxiety caused by physical discomfort.
